Project Manager (Fleetwood)

BoardSafe Docks is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality aluminum floating docks, gangways, floating buildings and accessible paddle craft launch systems. We partner with municipalities, state agencies, engineers, and nonprofits to create safe, durable, and accessible water access across the country.

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of awarded projectsfrom contract execution through final invoicing. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to BoardSafes high standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage projects through all phases : handoff, scheduling, engineering, drafting, fabrication, shipping, installation, and closeout.
• Coordinate with department leads to maintain schedules, resolve issues, and keep project milestones on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout execution.
• Manage scope changes, timelines, and budget expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support purchasing and billing milestones.
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheets, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, and Hubspot for project tracking.
