Locums Cardiology Clinic Call Missoula, MT Why This Role Ongoing need until permanent providers are hired Flexible weekly scheduling with mix of clinic and call Light call burden, mostly phone-based, with minimal call-ins Assignment Details Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Coverage Type : Clinic Call Schedule : Weekly blocks, Monday 8aâ€"Monday 7a; preference for 7-day stretches Patients per Shift : 9â€"12 clinic patients plus echo reading Beds in Department : 29 Setting : Inpatient & outpatient EMR : Epic Support : RNs, MAs, APPs, office staff Trauma Level : II Admissions : No Requirements Board Certified Active MT license or IMLC ACLS Clean malpractice and background Clinical Details Inpatient & outpatient cardiology ICU consults Echo reading (clinic days : 10; call weekends : 8 / day; dedicated echo days : 25 / day) Call : - Weeknights 5pâ€"7a : triaged by hospitalists, minimal urgent echos - Weekends : 24-hour call, primarily phone with echo reads, inpatient rounds, consults, referral line Non-invasive preferred : Echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology No invasive / interventional or EP procedures required Must supervise APPs Compensation Malpractice : Provided Travel : Reimbursed Rates : What they can offer : Hourly rate : $260 24 hour call : 1900 (3 hours gratis) Call back : $330 / hour
