Title & Escrow Application Specialist

A company is looking for a Title & Escrow Application Specialist with SoftPro Select experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on product support, troubleshoot user issues, and document solutions

Design and configure SoftPro Select templates and workflows to streamline processes

Deliver training sessions and create instructional materials for users of varying technical skill levels

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience with title production software, specifically SoftPro Select

Hands-on experience in configuring or implementing SoftPro Select

Background in title, escrow, or legal operations

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or degree preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software applications quickly
