Sea Pointe Design & Remodel, a nationally recognized Orange County design-build firm, is looking for a talented Remodeling Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team.

This position focuses on our Revive divisionprojects that are efficient, remove-and-replace remodels, completed with the same quality, design guidance, and service Sea Pointe is known for.

What Youll Do

As a Remodeling Sales Consultant, youll be the face of the client experienceguiding homeowners from the first in-home consultation through design, material selections, and construction contracts. Youll manage your own pipeline, leverage company leads, and convert prospects into satisfied clients through :

• Running in-home consultations and building strong rapport with clients
• Scoping projects, setting realistic budgets, and writing construction contracts
• Designing cabinetry layouts, tile plans, and finish selections
• Partnering with estimating, planning, and production teams to deliver seamless projects
• Managing leads and opportunities through our CRM with speed and accuracy

Your success will be measured by sales volume, close rates, and client satisfaction, not by hours spent behind a desk.
