Claims Manager

A company is looking for a Claims Manager II to manage the operations of claims intake for the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the intake and processing of insurance claims related to personal, property, and casualty loss

Develop and implement best practices for claims resolution and investigation

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

Ten (10) plus years of experience managing large claims and claims processes

Strong understanding of claims processing and decision-making on claim eligibility

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret claim data and follow established guidelines
