Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Nurse Manager to lead operations in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) . This role is responsible and accountable for the daily clinical, operational, and administrative management of the unit. The Nurse Manager will advocate for quality patient care and optimal resource utilization, integrating clinical, human resource, and financial data to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the CVICU, ensuring optimal patient care and staff performance.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and manage staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity metrics.
• Promote and support evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in budget planning and financial decision-making for the unit.
• Lead and support initiatives that foster staff engagement, professional growth, and retention.
