Customer Success Specialist
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be part of the Field Operations Department supporting Customer Service and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, technical proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Customer Success Specialist
Location : Buffalo, NY
Pay Range : $24 / hour
Shift : Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Contract duration : 5-6 months (possible extension)
What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary liaison between Field Operations and Customer Service through the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) model
- Provide proactive support and timely issue resolution to enhance the customer experience
- Analyze performance data using Excel to generate service insights and identify trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain processes and improve service delivery
- Support inventory and logistics management to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service, or Account Managementpreferably in DSD or supply chainIntermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operationsStrong adaptability and time management skills in a fast-paced environmentWhat's in it for me?
