What You'll Own & Lead
Total Rewards Strategy
- Set and evolve Foley's Total Rewards strategy to align with business goals and employee needs
- Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to craft meaningful programs that support recruitment, engagement, and retention
- Use data to uncover insights, influence decisions, and optimize offerings
Benefits & Employee Wellness
Oversee cost-effective, competitive benefits programs that support a diverse workforceManage vendor relationships and lead plan renewals and open enrollmentLaunch and refine wellness programs supporting physical, mental, and financial well-beingCompensation & Payroll Excellence
Design and manage compensation structures, salary ranges, and pay equity processesLead annual compensation cycles : merit increases, bonuses, promotionsEnsure smooth, accurate payroll cycles in collaboration with internal teamsTeam Leadership & Operational Success
Lead and coach a high-performing team of four direct reportsBuild scalable, efficient processes and documentationPartner with internal teams to deliver timely and consistent total rewards information across all employee touchpointsEmployee Communication & Engagement
Develop compelling communication materials that educate and excite employees about their rewardsCraft total reward statements, intranet content, FAQs, and moreGather feedback and continuously improve communication clarity and valueCompliance & Governance
Ensure programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA, ERISA, EEO)Oversee required reporting and filings, including 5500s, ACA reporting, and audit supportMaintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, trends, and regulatory changes; adjust programs and policies as neededDevelop and maintain policies, plan documents, and governance practices in alignment with legal requirements and internal controlsWhat You Bring to the Table
7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years focused on benefits and / or compensationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fieldExperience designing and managing benefits strategies and compensation structures and in a growing or complex organizationStrong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel and HRIS / reporting system experienceAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational executionExcellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business needsSolid sense of accountability, high-quality judgment, and sound decision-making.Demonstrated success in motivating and developing employees through positive, impactful leadership.Preferred Qualifications
