Responsibilities :

• Review and identify claims with subrogation potential
• Communicate subrogation needs and investigation strategies to front-line adjusters
• Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation
• Issue notices in accordance client requirements and state specific regulations
• Provide detailed updates on claim status
• Negotiate and settle Med Pay / PIP related subrogation claims with attorneys, adverse carriers, or at fault parties
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients and their stakeholders
