Major Food Group is looking for talented Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Sadelle's located in beautiful Highland Park Village!
Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining. Since opening its first location in the heart of SoHo in 2016, the brand has reached iconic status thanks to its urbane, celebratory atmosphere and a menu of hits, including the best bagels in America.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee and maintain Garde Manger, fish bar and cold app station
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
REQUIREMENTS :
2 years of experience in high volume restaurants, steakhouse experience preferredExperience working with seafood and cold prepared foods strongly preferredLunch and Dinner shift availabilityTeam-orientated and positive attitudeStrong communication skills a mustBENEFITS :
