We are hiring for the Murrill Offices and they are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as a Manager in Training / Sales Representative. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from the best in our company, and receive mentorship from our executive leadership team.

As we continue to experience significant growth, we are looking to bring in individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and be mentored into leadership positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Service existing client base, schedule inbound leads for appointments, and help manage client relationships.
  • Supervision of team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on client management / growth, training, and leadership development
