Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (MP)

The standard duties of the LPN are :

Managing IVs

Ensuring patients and their families understand release instructions

Supervising CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants)

Monitoring fluid and food intake and output

Moving patients safely

Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse :

Valid NY state license and certification

Proof of residency

SS card

Physical with Labs (Influenza documentation)

Reference letters (Professional and personal)

Resume

CPR
