Job Description

Manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to AHCA regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Maintain compliance with all applicable safety and quality standards in the property industry. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve project-related issues to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
