Express Employment of Covina, CA is seeking a Spray Paint Technician  for our client located in the city of Irwindale .

Job Title : Spray Paint Technician (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay Rate :  $21.00 – $23.00 / hr

Schedule :  Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Language :  Bilingual Spanish or Spanish only acceptable

Job Overview :

We are seeking a  Spray Paint Technician  to join our team, specializing in finishing cabinets and related wood components. This is a hands-on role in a spray booth environment, ideal for someone with experience in detailed spray painting and an eye for quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare cabinets and components for painting (e.g., cleaning, sanding, and masking).
  • Apply paint, stain, and finish coats using spray equipment.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and clean spray booth and equipment regularly.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in spray painting or finishing (cabinetry, furniture, or wood products strongly preferred).
  • Understanding of various paints, stains, and finishing techniques.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a spray booth environment.
