Salary and Benefits
- Salary range $110,000 - $120,000 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Monday Friday 8AM 5PM with one late dayDesignated admin timeSeeing 18-24 patients per dayRotating with other providers for on-call responsibilitiesConduct comprehensive physical assessments through interviews and patient history reviewsAccurately diagnose health conditions based on assessments, labs, diagnostics, and medical recordsDevelop, implement, and manage individualized care plans for patientsMonitor and document patient progress and therapeutic responsesOrder labs, diagnostics, and make specialist referrals as necessaryCoordinate care plans including discharge and follow-up instructionsFacilitate collaboration among healthcare staff for integrated patient carePrescribe medications in accordance with State, Federal, and organizational regulationsMaintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and pursue continuing educationReview patient records in conjunction with collaborating physiciansRequirements
Master s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant programActive Physician Assistant license in the state of New JerseyValid CDS, DEA, and CPR certificationExperience in a family practice or community health setting is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in Spanish preferredAbout Us
