Step into the holiday spirit as TrainShed transforms into SleighShed! A holiday pop-up celebrating the season with fantastic food and drinks! We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated servers to join our team and create memorable dining experiences for our guests during this high-volume holiday event.

Position Overview :

As a Seasonal Server , you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional service, taking orders, and ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy making people smile and an opportunity to make GREAT money, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
  • Keep shared server stations clean and organized
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service
  • Complete all necessary side work before, after, and throughout shifts to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Arrive to work on time, properly dressed and prepared for shift

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant / bar
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of beer, wine, spirits & cocktails
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
