Associate Dentist

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our multi-office, well-established fee-for-service (FFS) dental group in Upstate New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania . As one of the few FFS dental groups in the region, we prioritize patient-centered care and high-quality treatment. This role is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about dentistry and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including routine cleanings, restorative procedures, prosthetics, implant dentistry, and orthodontic treatments.
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions, manage occlusal issues, and apply chemotherapeutic agents for dental health and aesthetics.
  • Prescribe medications and administer sedation or anesthetics as necessary for patient comfort.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tools such as X-rays, CT scans, and diagnostic photographs.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clinical and clerical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications :

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental licenses in New York and Pennsylvania (preferred for faster assimilation).
  • Membership in the ADA , NYSDA , and local dental organizations.
  • Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, excellent teamwork, and coachability.
  • A commitment to ethical practices and high standards of patient care.

  • Salary : $150,000 - $300,000 per year , commensurate with experience and performance.
