We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey. This is a flexible, per-diem / contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities :
Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
Provide speech and language therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
Complete required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current NJ Speech-Language Pathology license.
Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.
