To best support our clients and teams, this role is open to candidates who live in the Central or Eastern Time Zones . Because we work closely with partners in these regions, being in closer proximity helps us stay connected and collaborative. Occasional travel to client locations or team events may also be part of the role.

About You

You're a top-notch communicator, comfortable chatting with both internal teams and clients like you've known them forever. Organization and time management? You've got those locked down. You're the kind of person who can not only show our clients the value of our marketing campaigns but also make them excited about the impact. About the Job

You'll serve as a strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring we deliver exceptional, insight-driven marketing and technology solutions. As a senior connector and trusted advisor, you'll guide client relationships with confidence-aligning strategy, execution, and outcomes. You'll advocate for our partners at every step, bring forward innovative ideas, and help shape the future of destination marketing through thoughtful collaboration and leadership.

What We're Looking For

A client champion who provides exceptional service, advocacy, and strategic partnership. Specifically we're looking for a seasoned communicator who leads collaboration between clients and internal teams to drive meaningful results and a marketing strategist who stays ahead of digital and tourism trends to guide impactful, data-informed campaigns.

About the Interview Process

We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like :

Round 1 : A friendly chat with our Recruiter to get to know you and share more about the role.

Round 2 : An interview with some of the awesome teammates you'll collaborate with.

Round 3 : A conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.
