Our client is looking to hire a highly skilled Process Engineer to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. The Process Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, implement innovative solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
  • Support new product launches and equipment upgrades in high-speed, thin-wall packaging applications.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing production data and implementing process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train operators to maintain process stability and compliance.

What We Need From You

  • Plastics Molding in Packaging : Experience developing and optimizing high-speed, thin-wall injection molding processes for packaging applications.
  • Continuous Improvement : Proven ability to lead lean initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and optimize production.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Strong skills in partnering with Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, and Production teams to troubleshoot and enhance processes.
  • All-Star Skill Set

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Continuous Improvement (Lean / Six Sigma).
