Advanced Practice Provider - NP / PA (Part-Time)

Overview

Aylo Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role supports high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. Flexible schedule across multiple locations : Conyers, Stockbridge, Ellenwood, McDonough, Hampton, Locust Grove, or Jackson. Providers can choose between a two-day-per-week or three-day-per-week schedule.

Job Summary

The Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and treatment of care for patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Outpatient medical consultation services under the supervision of a physician in our medical office.
• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patients' medical conditions.
• Conducting follow-up patient care.
• Ordering and interpreting lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results.
• Prescribing and referring patients for consultations when appropriate.
• Answering emergency telephone calls on a rotating schedule.
• Administering and ordering drugs for patients.
• Completing all notes / tasks in patients' EMR accounts indicating patient status and treatment procedures performed.
• Performing patient physicals.
• Providing health education to patients and families.
• Supervising / coordinating the activities of patient care and support staff within the clinic.
• Performing other duties as assigned in accordance with a nurse protocol agreement.
