Job Title : Insurance Defense Attorney (3–8 Years’ Experience)

Location : Downtown Miami, FL – 100% In-Office

Salary : Up to $160,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits

A well-established litigation firm located in the heart of Downtown Miami is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing office environment and is looking to further develop their litigation and coverage expertise.

About the Role : The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a background in :

Insurance coverage opinions

Professional liability

Bad faith litigation

General liability defense

Key Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in Florida

Strong legal writing and analytical skills

Ability to manage a caseload independently

Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
