At this time, we have an outstanding career opportunity available, as we're looking for the "right person" to serve as Information Technology Manager for the Information Services Department. The current vacancy is within our Infrastructure division.

In an Infrastructure Manager, we seek strong technical proficiency encompassing complex network architecture, server management, storage solutions, disaster recovery planning, and fiber optics expertise. Leadership qualities are crucial, including the ability to effectively manage and motivate an advanced team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge along with strategic thinking, adept project and resource management, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation within the organization's IT infrastructure. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to cybersecurity protocols and regulatory requirements. Additionally, candidates with the following qualifications will be preferred :

• Advanced network concepts, fiber optics, licensed and public domain point to point wireless, and various network platforms encompassing city-wide WAN.
• Oversight of large enterprise grade firewall and endpoint security management.
• Server management on the hypervisor and OS level.
• Administration of enterprise storage systems (NAS and SAN) including backup and recovery solutions.
• Strong cloud SaaS and IaaS, deployment, integration and management.
• Advanced O365 management and licensing.
• Advanced Azure integration with on-prem systems knowledge and experience.
• Real time monitoring and comprehensive reporting.
• Documentation and implementation of disaster recovery and continuity of operations procedures.
