As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a Marketing Program Director to elevate our brand, strengthen client engagement, and align marketing strategy with business growth objectives.

The Marketing Program Director is a strategic leader responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that integrate seamlessly with Sales and Post-Sale functions. This role oversees brand positioning, demand generation, digital presence, public relations, and event strategies to enhance Best Roofing’s market share and reputation. By leading a high-performing marketing team, the Director ensures campaigns drive measurable business results while maintaining alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports company revenue and gross margin goals.

Align marketing objectives with sales and service functions to ensure a unified customer experience.

Define key performance metrics and lead data-driven evaluations of campaign effectiveness.

Stay ahead of industry and market trends to position Best Roofing as an innovator and thought leader.

Campaign Development & Brand Management

Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, video, and in-person channels.

Oversee development of creative content, including Best Roofing TV, “Let’s Ask Gregg” video series, website, and social media presence.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications, collateral, and customer touchpoints.

Manage outbound campaigns, applicator agreements, and promotional programs.

Partner with Business Development Managers to maximize membership, tradeshow, and networking opportunities.

Strengthen customer loyalty while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Build strategic partnerships and support community involvement to enhance visibility and brand reputation.

Operational & Financial Oversight

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and responsible allocation of resources.

Lead and develop the marketing and business development team with clear objectives and accountability.

Hold teams accountable for performance while fostering creativity, collaboration, and alignment with company values.

Lead Generation : Delivery of qualified leads to meet sales and service revenue objectives.

Brand Visibility : Strong presence across digital platforms, trade associations, and industry events.

Campaign ROI : Marketing initiatives that drive measurable business growth and client engagement.

Team Leadership : High-performing, innovative, and accountable marketing team culture.

Increased loyalty, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

~ Proven success leading marketing programs with integrated sales alignment.

~ Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).

~ Experience managing websites, digital campaigns, and brand presence.

~ Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.

~ Collaborative, creative, and adaptable mindset with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.

~ Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
