Able to pass pre-employment physical / TB testObtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensureRespond to all calls by Emergency Call system immediately or within 10 minutes and follow up with email to staff and contact resident family if applicableCheck for messages on the phone and computer each time you enter the officeReturns all family callsMaintain resident confidentiality and knows and complies with Resident RightsObserve all residents. Alert the Director of GRC & Resident Services Coordinator of any concernsRecord all daily events at the end of shift via email reportQualifications
