Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) OR - Operating Room for a nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : Ongoing 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours Employment Type : Staff Key Responsibilities : Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies in compliance with aseptic standards. Collaborate with surgical teams to anticipate needs during procedures. Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs and conditions throughout surgery. Document patient care, interventions, and responses accurately in EMR systems. Adhere to all hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and patient safety protocols. Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity and comfort at every stage of surgical care. Qualifications : Active Georgia or Compact State RN license (required). Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience preferred (New-to-specialty RNs may be considered for training programs). BLS and ACLS certification (must be current). Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Why Join Us?
