About The Position

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Provide direct therapy services to patients in [school / clinical / hospital / home health] settings.

Educate patients and family members on communication strategies and home exercises.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Stay updated with best practices and new techniques in speech-language pathology.

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
