Responsibilities

Perform repair work as assigned on repair orders with guidance from senior technicians.

Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assist in troubleshooting issues.

Learn to diagnose, maintain, and repair key vehicle systems : engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, steering, HVAC, and more.

Communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about repair needs and timelines.

Assist in executing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

1–2 years of service or automotive experience preferred (but not required).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

ASE certifications and / or Ford training a plus (training support provided).

Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

Ability to operate diagnostic and repair tools with guidance.

Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent teamwork skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
