Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality standards for existing and new products and processes.
  • Partners with Sales to address customer quality issues by participating in customer meetings, calls and other situations as needed.
  • Lead the development and execution of root cause analysis for customer quality issues and complaints.
  • Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement with operations to address customer quality issues / complaints.
  • Develop and analyze quality data / metrics to recommend improvements to operations in the manufacturing process to drive down the cost of quality.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of production process improvements related to the quality improvements.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process to track and report on quality metrics.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, technological advancements, and emerging trends in quality management.
