YOUR DAY-TO-DAY :

Our 1st Shift Machine Operators work from 5 : 00 am to 1 : 30 pm with overtime available. In this entry-level role, you'll be responsible for the following :

  • Accurately setting up and operating automated machines in various production areas
  • Operating machines in the following production areas : winder, mat cutting table, heads shop, and small and medium spin casts
  • Reading and reviewing blueprints and work orders
  • Setting machines up to specification and finish dimensions

    • Requirements :

  • 18+ years old
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to perform all required physical duties
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English - preferred
  • Ability to work in a team with minimal direction - preferred
  • Ability to remember and follow directions - preferred
