A company is looking for a Supervisor - Training to support virtual training delivery and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mentoring and coaching to staff to meet performance standards
Monitor performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and evaluate staff performance
Deliver ongoing training and manage curriculum accuracy for multiple customer agencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience with virtual training sessions, preferably using Microsoft Teams
Experience in contact center training environments
Able to manage multiple training sessions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
