Job Title : Mixing Operator

Schedule : Mon-Fri; 9 : 00pm - 5 : 30am (Flexibility required, start time can be earlier or later)

Location : Santa Ana, CA 92705

Pay Rate : $18.00

Key Responsibilities :

• Measure and mix ingredients according to product recipes with precision.
• Follow instructions for various types of dough preparation.
• Pre-stage ingredients and record accurate weights.
• Monitor and log ingredient temperatures to maintain quality.
• Handle and unload dough for the next stages of production.
• Assist with operating mixing equipment efficiently.
• Strictly follow food safety and quality regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
