Job Description
Ideal candidate to have experience in service of industrial equipment and solutions, including steel fabrication and processing equipment. They will support the company in meeting objectives for deploying technicians to client jobs, handling parts and service requests, including on-site work and managing budgets and installation schedules.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule service and installation trips
- Maintain clear communication and updates with clients
- Service reporting and reviews for internal use and vendor collaboration
- Adhere to service department budget and goals
- Participate in online and in-person vendor training programs
- Prepare and review service and parts quotes
- Ability to travel and perform work onsite when necessary
- Communicate and report to upper management
