What does a Relationship Banker do?

Our Relationship Bankers are the front line associates who will greet and serve our client's basic banking needs including :

• Handles customer(s) requests for account openings, closings and responds to a wide variety of other customer service functions based on the needs of customers.
• Works closely with other personnel to develop existing and prospective customer relationships.
• Refers customers to appropriate person or department for services outside area of responsibility.
• Processes daily bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, money orders / cashier checks.
• This is a full time, hourly position. Schedule may depend on location's needs, but will be within normal bank operating hours.

A high school diploma or GED is required.

The ability to pass a pre-employment criminal and credit check background screening.
