FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Nights

Pay : $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary : Join our dedicated team in leading the Sterile Processing department, where you'll utilize your advanced knowledge and skills to guide and mentor your colleagues while ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of essential departmental policies and procedures.
• Mentor and coach team members, evaluating their performance in productivity and quality management.
• Prioritize assignments, coordinate services, and facilitate teamwork and cooperation among staff.
• Guide team members in navigating complex issues while performing core responsibilities.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, working effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
