Position Purpose :

Responsible for designing and developing tools, fixtures, and processes to support existing products and new product development initiatives. These will include but are not limited to :

• CNC machining
• Forging
• Automated cell layouts / material flow
• Equipment rebuilds

Pay Range : $85,000 - $120,000

The base salary range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $120,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other business considerations.

Essential Functions :

o Researching new and established manufacturing technologies

o Planning the capital and time needed to implement the technology

o Writing CER (Capital Expenditure Request) proposals to be reviewed. Upon project approval, this engineer will be responsible for :
