Our client is seeking a skilled and client-focused Estate Planning Attorney with at least 7 years of experience to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping individuals and families plan for the future, enjoys working in a collaborative team environment, and is eager to grow with a firm that values both professional excellence and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Estate Planning Department : Take leadership of the estate planning practice area, including overseeing client service delivery, refining workflows, and building scalable systems to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Drive Business Growth : Partner closely with the firms marketing team to develop and execute strategies that generate qualified leads, increase consultation bookings, and expand the firm's presence in the estate planning market. This includes presenting at our weekly in-office Estate Planning seminars.
