Aster Springs Nashville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional care for individuals struggling with eating disorders.

This role will provide clinical leadership and oversight, ensuring high-quality program service delivery and ongoing clinical skill development. You will lead program and clinical quality improvement, provide education and training, and mentor team members in navigating complex communication situations.

You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients.

Qualifications

We seek a professional with a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in behavioral healthcare. We require a LCSW, LMFT, or closely related license, and the ability to provide clinical supervision in the State of TN. Previous experience treating complex mental health disorders, including eating disorders, is essential.

Other requirements include a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record, clearance of TB test, health physical, and other mandatory state / federal requirements, and current CPR and First Aid certification.
