Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Picker / Packer for our client. This job involves accurately picking and packing customers’ orders while ensuring all products meet quality and inspection standards. You’ll be responsible for maintaining an organized workspace, handling items with care, and supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Picking & packing of customer orders
• Inspection of product to look for damages and ensure proper quality
• Counting of product based on customer order quantities
• Use of RFT & WMS system to process orders
• Perform cycle counts as assigned
• Tracks / reports internal errors as required by leadership
• Sort product packed to ensure it is routed for correct shipping method
• Perform Value Added Services (VAS) to ensure product is labeled per customer requirements
• Use of Time Management System (Kronos) to track work performed and area assigned
• Understanding of basic product knowledge such as insert, tool holder, drills, screws, etc.
• Follow all required company policies, warehouse, safety, environmental & ISO procedures
• Willingness and ability to move to areas assigned by supervisor / team lead based on business needs
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager / supervisor.
