Responsibilities :
- Take the lead on a variety of urban planning and land development projects, guiding them from initial concept through to implementation.
- Analyze zoning regulations, land use patterns, and development potential to inform planning strategies.
- Engage with public and private stakeholders to ensure projects align with community goals and regulatory requirements.
- Support the growth of junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor's or Master's in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related discipline.6-10 years of professional experience in urban planning, land use, community development, or related field.AICP certification preferred.Proficiency in planning and design tools such as GISStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, communities, and colleagues.What they offer :
