Med / Surg Tele RN

Provide essential care to a diverse patient population in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for nurses with strong clinical skills who can balance complex care coordination, telemetry monitoring, and patient education with confidence and compassion.

General medical-surgical unit with telemetry

Broad range of patient diagnoses

Emphasis on monitoring and early intervention

Team-based, collaborative care model

Requirements :

Active RN license

2+ years Med / Surg Tele experience

BLS, ACLS

Epic experience = plus

Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
