- Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients in a clinical setting.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment strategies.
- Incorporate early intervention techniques to support pediatric patients' speech development.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Qualifications
- Core skills in speech therapy, patient care, and medical terminology
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Experience with patient assessment
- Premium skills in school settings and pediatrics
- Familiarity with early intervention practices
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
