POSITION TITLE : Commercial Tire Service Technician

REPORTS TO : Service Manager

DEPARTMENT : Service

POSITION SUMMARY : Provides service and repair of commercial vehicle tires.

Requirements :

Essential Job Functions :

• Provide Helpful, friendly, and timely service to customers with a We Can Do That
• attitude.
• Safely operate and properly maintain an automotive service truck.
• Respond in a timely manner to customer service calls, diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs and / or replacements.
• Determines whether tires are repairable and makes recommendations to customers.
• Removes commercial tires for retreading or repair.
• Sell and perform other services on commercial vehicles such as brakes, suspension, axle work, oil and lubrication services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented team environment
• Treats all teammates, customers, vendors with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Compensation details : 18-23 Hourly Wage
