The facility has cardiovascular surgical patients in the ICU along with trauma, and a blended ICU with a vast vareity of patients. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, ICU Licenses : RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications : ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH

• Years of Experience : 2 Preferred Qualifications TNCC strongly preferred AZ or compact license CVICU (Open Heart) experience Travel experience strongly preferred Facility Location Lake Havasu is known as a party community town and during World War II was a US Army Air Corps camp. “London Bridge” which was brought over from England and completed in 1971 is now a favorite tourist attraction in Lake Havasu.
