Key Responsibilities : \n\nRegistered Nurse RN As a Registered Nurse, you will be crucial to\n\nthe clinical oversight and quality of care for our residents. Your\n\ncore duties include : Daily Documentation : Perform comprehensive\n\ndaily documentation of resident care, status, and changes in\n\ncondition accurately and completely, adhering to all facility and\n\nregulatory guidelines. Order Management : Meticulously transcribe\n\nphysicians' orders to MAR's (Medication Administration Records) and\n\ntreatment sheets, ensuring attention to detail. Communication : \n\nPromptly notify pharmacy of new orders and effectively communicate\n\nany significant changes in resident status to the physician,\n\nfamily, and Director of Nursing. Medication & Treatment : Safely\n\nand accurately prepare and administer medications and perform\n\ntreatments as ordered by the physician. Supervision : Provide\n\nclinical oversight and supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses\n\n(LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your assigned\n\nunit. Patient Assessment : Monitor and assess residents' physical\n\nand emotional well-being throughout your shift, performing thorough\n\nand timely assessments.
