SEEKING HVAC / R TECHNICIANS

As an HVAC / R Service Technician , you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC / R equipment for our industrial and commercial customers, through daily service maintenance, performing diagnostic reviews and identifying the root cause for any needed repairs. You will work closely with each customer to discuss work performed, review repair quotes for approval, and convey preventative maintenance measures that should be done that would increase efficiency and decrease costs for the customer.

YOU ARE A PERSISTENT PROBLEM SOLVER and can think logically and quickly to determine the impact of diagnostic work on equipment. You don’t assume things and are persistent in finding the true cause of an issue to help the customer and find the best solution for maintenance and repairs.

YOU ARE TECHNICALLY AND MECHANICALLY INCLINED, enjoying working with your hands, and you show a genuine interest and curiosity in learning about the way things work. You have a “no job is too small” attitude and see every task as an opportunity to improve your skills and technical prowess.

YOU HAVE EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS and are able to listen and understand customer needs, develop rapport and trust while communicating clearly and confidently with a wide variety of people.
