Position Overview :

We are seeking motivated and experienced Independent Contracting Recruiters to join our high-performance team. This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential , offering up to 80% commission on placements (standard split 70 / 30, with top performers eligible for 80%).

This role is ideal for experienced recruiters who are ready to take control of their income while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

What You’ll Do :

  • Source, screen, and place candidates in Financial, Engineering, IT, Industrial, Accounting, Legal, and Commission-Based roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, AI tools, and networking.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for successful hires.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly placement goals.

    • Who You Are :

  • A self-driven, results-oriented recruiter with a track record of success.
  • Experienced in full-cycle recruiting (minimum of 2 years preferred).
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role.
  • Familiar with ATS systems and recruitment tools (Jobin.Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

    Compensation :
