Ourisman Cehvrolet of Baltimoreis hiring a General Sales Manager to join our team. The GSM is responsible for leading the vehicle sales department which includes : inventory management, sales performance results, employee supervision and training, and customer satisfaction in the new car sales and pre-owned vehicle sales department. The General Sales Manager must have personal ambition and a strong work ethic. We offercompensation up to $250,000 / year depending on experience and performance.
Only individuals with AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE will be considered.
Automotive General Sales Manager Job Requirements :
- Responsible for improving sales and operations
- Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
- Maintains high customer satisfaction
- Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
- Trains and supervises sales team
- Sets schedules and motivates sales team
- Oversees department inventory, including both retail and wholesale units
- Responsible for sales pricing
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies
- Attends manager meetings
- Advanced knowledge of V-AUTO
- Ability to purchase vehicles
- Knolwedge of lenders and their programs
- Reporting rebates and nvdr's properly
- Actively works the sales floor and takes T.O.s
- In depth knowledg of F&I
