Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location : 14813 N. Dale Mabry Tampa, FL 33618

Schedule : Full Time Mon - Fri 40 hrs / wk covering hours of operation from Mon-Thurs 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-6pm

Compensation : $25 / hr - $30 / hr. Starting hourly rate calculated by experience.

Incentives : $5,000 bonus. Indefinite student debt repayment option of $200 / month

Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center has an immediate need for a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Work with a highly experienced team of 7 clinicians treating outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, hand therapy and dry needling. Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
