Position Overview

Facility : GSS NE Bloomfield

Location : Bloomfield, NE

Address : 300 N 2nd St, Bloomfield, NE 68718, USA

Shift : 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Job Schedule : Full-time

Weekly Hours : 40.00

Salary Range : $17.00 - $25.50

Pay Info : Enjoy a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Shift : 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Job Summary

As a Long Term Care Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering daily living assistance and nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
• Understanding and addressing the physical and psychological needs of residents as outlined in their care plans.
• Assisting with essential health care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and obtaining vital signs.
• Facilitating safe transfers and mobility for residents.
• Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
• Documenting resident interactions and communicating any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
• Supporting wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident participation.
